A £9 million project to convert the old railway Goods Shed building and adjoining land at Hood Road, Barry Waterfront into a mixed-use scheme, including a shipping container village and apartment complex has been given the go ahead.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council has reached agreement for developers Loft Co to transform the structure into office space, retail units, restaurants and a coffee shop.
Barry Town United announced the appointment of Damian Flynn as their new full time Head of Coaching and Academy Director.
Damian will also work as part of the first team backroom staff ensuring a constant link between the Academy and first team squad; whilst driving forward a new community outreach programme across the Vale of Glamorgan.
