Barry Coastguard Called to Missing Person Case
Barry coastguard volunteers were paged this morning to a report of a missing person around Friars Road /Barry Island.
They worked with South Wales Police to locate the individual.
They said: ''We conducted a search from Barry yacht club, covering Nells and Friars Point, Whitmore Bay (including the knap)/
''Information came that the casualty had been found safe and well.
''Many thanks to all that attended."
