Ease and Sound Yoga at St Francis Millenium Centre:
At Jolly Green Yoga we believe that Yoga is for all to share in and reap the soothing benefits of a practice. Pairing the effects of an all-accessible Yoga session with the harmonizing vibration of sacred instruments is a path to uprooting the stress deeply embedded in our bodies and finding a serene mental space of boundless ease and peace.Join us next Thursday, 27th Feb at 7.30 pm in Barry, for this unique pairing of movement, breath and sound. Bring along a mat, water and blankets. We will start the evening with a gentle Yoga practice and, through Yogic relaxation, transition to sounding of the instruments.

Level 1 which will consist of: stage 1 and stage 2 signs, including PART A of Additional Vocab. £55. participant manuals and certificates included. Some refreshments included. Come on and have a go.
