Ease into Exercise Class at Gibbonsdown Children's Centre:

This is a class for those who may feel intimidated in a large leisure centre class in a Lycra clad mirrored environment. For those who maybe used to train but haven't for a while but feel they want to get back into fitness. The class is small, friendly, non-judgemental and fun. And it's back! So many people want to learn the beautiful language of Spanish that another class is launching!
