Barry Town Council 2020 Budget Public Consultation

Barry Town Council has announced that they are holding a public consultation on their Draft Budget 2020/21.

They want to know residents views on the Town Council's Draft Budget.

Next year, the Town Council projects its expenditure will be £1,344,883.

The Town Council's income is projected to be £177,304.

This means the Town Council needs £1,196,579 to fully deliver its services. The Draft Budget, therefore suggests that a Band D Council Tax Payer would be £58.25 per year. This is an increase of 1.14%.

Closing date for comments is the 31st of January 2020, after which Council will meet to discuss its budget at a meeting of Full Council on 10 February 2020 at 7pm in the Council Chamber, Town Hall.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.
