Loft Co, the company behind the Goodsheds development in Barry have confirmed that Meet and Greek will be setting up shop in the new shopping centre upon completion.

They also announced their new journey on social media. They said: ''We hope that you’re all safe and well during these strange and difficult times. It’s about this time when we would start to get excited about seeing you all out in the sunshine for your first Meat and Greek of the year. Sadly, for obvious reasons, we’re not sure when we’ll next be popping up next.
''However, for the past few years we’ve been working hard on planning a permanent home for Meat and Greek, and we’re so excited to see you walking through the doors of our very first shop. Good times are coming. The Goodsheds are coming.''
Alun Cairns, the MP for Barry and the Vale of Glamorgan, said: ''Brilliant to see Meat and Greek will be setting up at the Good Sheds, Barry Waterfront. Yet another great attraction and their charcoal cooking will no doubt be a popular choice. Best of luck to Sophie and Lisandros on their exciting new venture.''
Other confirmed businesses are Academy Espresso, Spectrum Collections, Brawd Fitness and James Sommerin's Restaraunt.
There will also be a five-story residential block on the site which will be managed by Newydd Housing, offering 42 new homes, 23 of which will be affordable housing units.
