• GET BACK INTO FITNESS- After having your little one it can be hard to get back into fitness, our classes are perfect - work at your own pace and you will slowly get back into fitness safely.
• BOND WITH YOUR LITTLE ONE- Doing physical activity is a great thing for your child to see and they love to get involved too! Watch the little ones play and bond together too!

Every Tuesday at Cadoxton Methodist Church Hall, Barry at 9.30am, £5 per session no pre-booking required. Bring an exercise mat and bottle of water.
