The Football Association of Wales have confirmed plans for the return of the JD Cymru Premier in the coming weeks as part of the 'Return to Play' programme.

The organisation have determined that the competition will return either when the country returns to Alert Level 3 in accordance with the Welsh Government Covid-19 Control Plan or when the 'Elite Status' as defined by Sport Wales is redesignated to that competition, whichever is the sooner.

It has therefore been tentatively proposed that the season's remaining fixtures will be played between 5 March and 31 May. Given the unpredictable times, no fixture dates can yet be confirmed.

The club played its last match against Cefn Druids on 19 December - a 4-1 home win.

When Wales entered national lockdown on the same day, the National Sport Group decided to rescind JD Cymru Premier's "elite status" designation. All fixtures were officially postponed.

The club is currently nestled in fourth place, 11 points behind Bala Town in third with six fixtures left to play in phase one and 10 in phase two.
