The post involves working with service users who have mental health issues. You will work closely with health colleagues in contributing to the provision of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team.

Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8-12 £20,.493 - £22,183 p.a.

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37

Main Place of Work: Barry Hospital

Description:

The Community Support Worker will assist those individuals suffering from Mental Illness to remain in the community by offering assistance with daily living tasks and skills, introducing them to community facilities and monitoring their general health. Knowledge of support planning and experience in housing issues that affect people in our community. You will need: Experience in working in a team.

Experience of working in a paid caring role.
