Filming will be taking place on Barry Island and within Barry Rail Depot next week, the Vale of Glamorgan Council has revealed.

It is not known at this stage which production company is filming and what for.

Stunts are being co-ordinated at both locations and full Risk Assessments including Covid compliance measures have been submitted as part of the approval process.

Residents in the area have been contacted and there are no road closures associated with this filming.

Disruptions will be kept to a minimum for pedestrians visiting the Island, says the Council.

The following sites will be used:

Allocated space within Nells Point Car Park: 16:00 on 9 May until 22:00s on 12 May, 2021 – the remainder of the car park remains open as usual.
