Barry Town United AFC are today welcoming the "fantastic news" of the return of spectators to Welsh football grounds.

Earlier this month the Welsh Government announced that aid crowds of up to 10,000 will be allowed back at sporting stadiums when seated.

Next week, Jenner Park will hold a site visit with the FAW to ascertain the number of supporters allowed at our home games.

"Once this is complete, we will begin our preparations to make Jenner Park supporter ready once again," said a spokesperson for Barry Town United.

"Look out for more information next week on how we will safely bring you back into Jenner Park plus season ticket information.

"We can't wait to hear the roar when that first Town goal goes in! Welcome back, we've missed you."
