Vale People First Valentines Ball at Barry Rugby Football Club:

We are having a Valentines Ball this year! We will be having a disco, dancing, speed dating, blind date and much more. It will cost you £5 and you can pay that when you arrive. You will get a raffle ticket with that. Please dress up! We will be wearing our ball gowns and evening dress. Guys, you can wear suits and black ties! But please don't panic if you don't want to - you can wear something else if you feel more comfortable. Come along if you are single, in a couple or just to meet friends! If you need one to one support, please bring your support workers with you. They will also have to pay £5. It would be really helpful if you would bring a plate of food if you want to! In this seven-week workshop, you will be discovering the purpose of the Chakra System and how to better make it work in your day to day life. From family and work, right up to connection, love and intuition, our energy system has a direct effect on all aspects of life, and understanding and working with it, through knowledge, yoga movement, pranayama and meditation, we can begin to use its inner intelligence to cleanse away the old and bring in the new. What a perfect way to start the new year. The cost of this workshop is £40 payable in advance. You will need to bring a mat and a drink for all sessions and all workshops are suitable for beginners, right up to advanced yoga practitioners.
