At With Music In Mind, we are pleased to announce that we will be restarting our gentle exercise groups for over 50s in Barry!

The sessions consist of half an hour of gentle exercise, for example strength and balance or tai chi, followed by refreshments and a social activity.

Your first time is free and then it's £5 per session (carers attend for free). Numbers are currently limited due to COVID regulations, so if you'd like to book on, download our app from the Google Store or Apple store and book a place there.

Alternatively, you can book via our website, or contact us at [email protected] or 07500 776295.

Session details:

Colcot community centre, Keats Way, Colcot, Barry, CF62 9TZ – Thursdays 10:30am – 12pm. First session Thursday 13th May 2021 If you would like to find out more about With Music In Mind, our values and our aims, please visit our new website at www.withmusicinmind.co.uk, or contact us using the e-mail address or phone number above. We really hope that we can get back to our singing groups soon. We're just waiting for the regulations to enable us to restart and hope that this won't be in the too distance future. After running the groups for five years, we know how beneficial they are to people, and how detrimental their absence has been. Information will be on our website and app, so keep a look out if you'd like to join us!
