The job ads read as follows:

CHEF

Permanent

Full Time

30+ hours per week including nights and weekends

-Assist with the preparation and cooking of foods

-Ensure stock control

-Liaise with waiting staff

-Ensure allergen and health and safety compliance

KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Permanent

Part Time

20-25 hours per week including nights and weekends

Must have a flexible approach to work at short notice

-Ensure kitchen cleanliness

-Basic food preparation

-Maintain kitchen organisation

-Ensure cookware, utensils and crockery are kept washed, clean and dry

-Any other job necessary to the role

WAITING STAFF x2

Permanent

Part time

16-20 hours / 20-25 hours per week including nights and weekends

Must have a flexible approach to work at short notice -Prepare tables

-Welcome, greet and seat customers

-Assist with menu choices providing any information requested

-Serve food and drink

-Take table bookings

-Deliver bills and accept payments
