Mysterious crochet heart messages have been found at locations in Barry in recent days, spreading positivity in the community.

Sarah Singer says she found a note labelled 'four' while out walking her dog on Saturday at Butts Field, with a red crochet heart attached in a plastic ziplock bag.

The note reads:

"I am not lost,

"But I am alone,

"If I make you smile,

"Please take me home." "This beautiful message landed at my feet, not sure if it's some kind of chain mail," said Sarah. "It did make me smile so I took it home." Sarah also asked if anyone else had found one on social media. One commenter said her son had found 'two' at The Knap. So far it is unknown how many messages have been hidden around Barry, and who is behind the hidden gems.
