First Minister Mark Drakeford has announced a set of "modest changes" to current lockdown restrictions.
This follows the third three-week review of the current lockdown period.
It comes as cases drop to around 84 per 100,000 of the Welsh population - with positivity rates falling, the R number dropping well below 1 and evidence emerging that the reductions in the community are now being seen in the NHS.
Here's how currents restrictions will change:
Small group exercise
Up to four people from two different households can now exercise outside together.
"This does not mean people can to drive to exercise, and it does mean exercise not socialising," specified Mr Drakeford.
Weddings
Licensed wedding venues can reopen but only for the purpose of performing weddings and civil partnerships.
Can shops and hairdressers reopen?
Mr Drakeford announced that the next review will lead to more significant restriction relaxations, providing the case numbers continue to fall.
"If we continue to see improvements to the public health situation and if we don't see a further wave of infections caused by any of the new variants, I wanted to set out what we will be considering for the next review period," he said.
"Getting more children and young people back to school and college will continue to be our top priority.
"If we can lift the stay at home requirement in three weeks time, then we will also look to reopen some non-essential retail and close contact services such as hairdressing.
"And looking even beyond the next three weeks, we will look at the tourism sector about what might be possible if the public health circumstances allow.
"We have all come such a long way in this pandemic, but we still need your help to keep one another and Wales safe.
"It's only by working together that we can control the spread of coronavirus in Wales."
