Barry Town Council's Fairtrade Advisory Committee have announced a virtual 5Kto fundraise for the Barry RNLI and the Vale Food Bank.

All 5Ks' must be completed during August, but you can complete your race anywhere. You can complete your 5K over as many days as you wish.

The last date for submission of proof, for example a screenshot from your fitness app) is 15 September.

You also have the option to raise sponsorship money. The town council asks that all sponsorship money is received by 15 September.

Participants will receive a medal and a certificate. It costs £5 for adults to take part, and children under 16 can enter for free.
