Local Security business Overt Security spent their morning yesterday assisting Iceland on Holton Road in Barry, during their designated OAP opening hour to control queues and enforce the rules to help the elderly and vulnerable customers.

Overt helped to implement many policies and procedures that Iceland had set in place such as safe distancing.

They said on Facebook: ''As a company, Overt deal with queue management and conflict management on a daily basis as we deal with many nightclubs and pubs in Cardiff City and in the Vale of Glamorgan.

''Overt will be returning to Iceland stores every day at 09:00 am until 10:00 am for their OAP designated hour, and again at 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm for their NHS staff designated hour.''

They are offering their services free of charge to local businesses during this difficult time. They said: ''We want to do everything we can to support our local community and this is our way of giving back.

''The majority of people we are reaching out to have experience hostility while in work. These people are the backbone of our community during these stressful times.

''Due to a high number of businesses being affected by this, Over would like to offer its services for free. ''

Is queue management and conflict management something you could benefit from?
