When Lunch at Twelve opened 17 February last year, they couldn't have predicted where the business (and life as we know it) would be.
The team was forced to change the whole business model from catering plans to takeaways when the first lockdown hit, and while there's been challenges along the way, owner Neil Chidzey said the business is better off for it.
Why are parts of Barry Island Pleasure Park being demolished?
Barry Island Pleasure Park owner Henry Danter says they are busy dismantling structures ready for the next season.
Mr Danter bought Barry Island Pleasure Park back in 2015, beginning a £20 million redevelopment of the amusement park.
Two tin roof buildings that were used to store old rides are currently being demolished.
Two Barry Coastguard officers awarded Valedictory Certificates for years of service
Michael Selley and Anthony Macpherson have been awarded Valedictory Certificates for their years of volunteer service to Barry Coastguard.
Station manager Chris Fletcher presented their certificates, which recognises Coastguard volunteers who have volunteered for more than five years.
Holm View queues speed up after reports of hour-long wait times
Patients at the Vale's first mass vaccination centre at Holm View Leisure Centre say they waited roughly 15 minutes outside on Wednesday before being called in for their appointment.
The centre opened on Monday 8 February, and several readers said they waited up to an hour outside for their appointment.
Possible football return date set for the Dragons
The Football Association of Wales have confirmed plans for the return of the JD Cymru Premier in the coming weeks as part of the 'Return to Play' programme.
Barry's first four priority groups are set to be vaccinated by the end of the week
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is set to have offered Covid jabs to the first four priority groups by the end of the week.
So far, the health board has vaccinated 87,990 people. The third mass vaccination centre opened in Barry this week, in addition to the two centres at Pentwyn and Splott.
The first four priority groups include all residents in a care home for older adults and their carers, all those aged 70 or over, frontline health and social workers, and clinically extremely vulnerable people.
