So, what is this class about? I created it because I wanted to provide a class for those who maybe would feel intimidated in a large leisure centre class in a Lycra-clad mirrored environment. For those who may be used to train but haven't for a while but feel they want to get back into fitness. My class is small, friendly, non-judgemental and fun. You work at your own pace under my guidance. It costs £5 per session with no pre-booking required. PM me if you want more information and I hope to see you soon. Today at 6 pm.
