Barry's A2B Cars closed at the end of March in reaction to the coronavirus. However, they have today announced that they will return with a limited service from tomorrow.

They said: ''A2B Cars are delighted to announce that we will be reopening on a limited-service from tomorrow, Wednesday 29th April.

''We will be running a reduced service from 7 am - 7 pm - however, if you need a taxi outside of this time, please call us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

''To keep customers and drivers safe during this time, we will not be allowing any passengers to sit in the front seat during journeys.

''We will also be sanitising all vehicles before and after every journey to ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to at all times.

''A2B Cars will be available for home deliveries, click and collect, essential journeys and more - proudly serving the people of Barry as we have done for decades.

''Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon. Mike, Ann and the A2B Cars team.''

Their number is 01446 747500 and you can view their website here.
