Nub News have teamed up with Vale resident and computer scientist Michael Fox to bring you a daily update of localised COVID statistics.
Today, Michael explained: "Barry Dyfan & Illtyd is also in the top 50 worst affected places in Wales.
"Only 2 cases till it goes over 1,000 per 100,000 in the previous 7 days.
"That's 1% of the population having a positive test in the last week."
