Choppy Seas Filmed Off Barry This Morning

Spectacular scenes in along the Promenade this morning as waves crashed in from a choppy sea.

Spectators filmed impressive footage across the seafront. Geraint Evans, whose photo captured the sheer force of the Waves, commented: "Too wild for swimming this morning."

The extreme conditions come two days after RNLI Wales urged towns across the south coast to remain vigilant. A gale warning has been issued in the Lundy shipping area.
