TODAY'S BARRY AREA EVENTS: An opportunity to take time for YOU to learn more about who YOU are and what YOU want SHE Meditation & Micro-Workshop at P M Rees and Sons:

This is a monthly meditation & workshop that will be facilitated by Radical Self-Nurture Specialist Cora Darlington. The class has been created with the intention of bringing women together for the sole purpose of taking time out for themselves to listen to their own inner wisdom and guidance. This is for curious and explorative women who are ready to step into another level of Self-Leadership and Inner Connectedness. Please wear cosy clothes, bring a mat and anything else that makes you feel comfortable (cushions, blankets). Bring a notepad and a pen. 7:30 pm.

Ease Into Exercise with Chelle at Gibbonsdown Community Centre:

Ok, so what is this class about? I created it because I wanted to provide a class for those who maybe would feel intimidated in a large leisure centre class in a Lycra-clad mirrored environment. For those who may be used to train but haven't for a while but feel they want to get back into fitness. My class is small, friendly, non-judgemental and fun. You work at your own pace under my guidance. It costs £5 per session with no pre-booking required. At Gibbonsdown community centre, Barry PM me if you want more information and I hope to see you soon. Social Media Workshop at RNLI Barry Visitors Centre:

Do you use social media for your business? Join us to learn how to get more customers on Facebook and Instagram without paying for adverts! Book your place for this workshop at the RNLI Visitors Centre on Barry Island on Monday 24th February 2020 from 10 am - 2 pm. The cost is £45 which includes lunch! If you've mastered the social media basics, I will show you how to use Facebook and Instagram to advertise your business, grow your audience and get more customers without spending money on adverts. We will learn different free tools and then practise them in the group. If you would like to book your place or find out more please email [email protected]. Places are limited. Here's some of the feedback from our events!

Zumba Fitness at Highlight Park Community Centre:

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. 7:15 pm.
