TODAY'S BARRY AREA EVENTS: 12 Days of Christmas Trail at Amelia Trust Farm:

Get into the Christmas spirit by joining us for our festive family trail on the Farm. This is sure to be fun for the whole family. Hidden around the Farm are the 12 Days of Christmas, solve the festive clues and find each day! £2.50 per child with Christmas prize and pencil. No need to book just purchase in the cafe with cash. Note to all: This activity is weather dependent. This is an outdoor activity therefore weather permitting this trail is generally accessible to prams. Wellies are advised on the Farm during winter months if enjoying the trails and animal enclosures.

Aquanatal yoga for pregnancy at Barry Leisure Centre:

Aquanatal Yoga provides a gentle and very effective way of exercising for pregnant women. There are numerous physical and emotional benefits to aquanatal yoga. Led by a trained and certified with Birthlight who are accredited by the Royal Collage of Midwives. Each 5 week course runs in Barry on a Wednesday evening at 7pm. You can join a class from the 14th week of pregnancy. Confidence in the water or submerging your face is not compulsory, so if you are nervous of water....still come along! • Road closure will be in place for lighting test work to be undertaken, the road to be closed is Island Road from junction Broad Street to junction Hood Road from 07/01/20 7pm to 08/01/20 6am.
