Soul Angels therapists will be offering Reiki, Spiritual Healing and other therapies every week for anyone in need of a healing hand, a listening ear and cuppa. All welcome. Donations appreciated but not a necessity. 11 am.

Island SUP are charging into 2020 with Island FIT at Muscle Beach Friars, Paget Road, Barry Island, CF62 5TQ.

Island FIT will support you to develop your SUPing.

Strength, power, fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Island FIT loosely follows the SUP race training season. During the winter we will focus upon our base development and general preparation. Working on areas such as our muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic conditioning.

  1. 00 - 20.00 every Monday.

£5 per session.

Numbers are limited - 10 people per session. Block booking is recommended for a guaranteed slot.

Come dressed ready in comfortable/ gym clothing and bring a drink.
