Our PAC Lunch events at Woody's Lodge have proven to be so popular and are the perfect opportunity to socialise with those in a similar situation to you! Whether you're a veteran or a family member of a veteran or an emergency services leaver, there's so much to be gained by joining us for a Partners and Children lunches! Join us for a bite to eat where you can share your experiences and your story, if you would like to. We have a whole range of veteran support services available here at Woody's Lodge, including a range of Drop-In Centres at our Amelia Trust Farm site and across North Wales. Buds and Blooms Weather theme at Rondel House day centre:

Come along and join the fun with our weather themed sessions for March. Activities will include sensory play, singing, signing, stories, craft, imaginative play, parachute games, instruments, free play, puppets and lots of topic related props. There are lots of new resources to explore and experiment with as a result of our grant from The National Lottery Fund. Weightloss Wednesday at the Sir Samuel Romilly:

Our attendees are of all ages and all genders who understand the importance of support from their peer group when it comes to losing weight. Sharing your tips, frustrations, highs and lows of your weight loss journey is beneficial to both you and others. We meet at the right-hand side of the main bar. We meet every Wednesday of course. Get there between 7 pm and 7.30 pm. The meeting finishes whenever. Discuss your weight loss journey for the week just gone with your fellow dieters. Don't be frightened to reveal your total weight loss or even gain for the week. Share what worked and didn't work. It's 100% free and always will be.

Keep your eyes peeled for the Win it Wednesday competition. All you have to do for a chance to win the prize is Like, Share and Tag a friend in the competition post. The competition post will go live on Wednesday showing what you could win. The Winner will be announced on Thursday and they need to be local to the store
