TODAY'S BARRY AREA EVENTS:

I DO LIKE MONDAY'S at the Wetherspoon's on Broad Street:

Do you like Mondays? If you do then come along.

Anyone who likes what they do. Instead of getting the Monday morning blues you get the Monday morning highs. Your least favourite pop tune should be I don't like Mondays. We meet at the right-hand side of the main bar. We meet every Monday of course. Get there between 7 pm and 7.30 pm. It's 100% free and always will be. Wear something red. When you see someone in red say Hello! Be courteous and wear something red. That's it. If you want to attend you have to reserve your free ticket for every attendee at EventBrite.

Social Media Workshop at RNLI Barry Visitors Centre:

Do you use social media for your business? Join us to learn how to get more customers on Facebook and Instagram without paying for adverts! Book your place for this workshop at the RNLI Visitors Centre on Barry Island on Monday 20th January 2020 from 10 am - 2 pm. The cost is £45 which includes lunch! If you've mastered the social media basics, I will show you how to use Facebook and Instagram to advertise your business, grow your audience and get more customers without spending money on adverts. We will learn different free tools and then practise them in the group. You'll also get access to my private Facebook group where we share tips and advice and help each other to grow our social media accounts. If you would like to book your place or find out more please email [email protected]. Places are limited. Ease into Exercise with Chelle at Gibbonsdown Children's Centre:

Ok so what is this class about? I created it because I wanted to provide a class for those who maybe would feel intimidated in a large leisure centre class in a Lycra-clad mirrored environment. For those who may be used to train but haven't for a while but feel they want to get back into fitness. My class is small, friendly, non-judgemental and fun. You work at your own pace under my guidance. It costs £5 per session with no pre-booking required.
