Island FIT will support you to develop your SUPing. Strength, power, fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility. Island FIT loosely follows the SUP race training season. During the Autumn/ winter we will focus upon our base development. Working on areas such as our muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic conditioning. 19.00 - 20.00 every Monday all abilities welcome. £5 per session. Numbers are limited - 10 people per session. Block booking is recommended for a guaranteed slot. Come dressed ready in comfortable/ gym clothing and bring a drink.
